2024 Pool Hours and Guidelines

We are excited to welcome summertime at our pools. Please review the following information to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests.

Pool Hours:

• The pools will be open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Guest Policy:

• Each household is permitted to bring up to 2 guests.

Cabanas:

• Cabanas can be reserved free of charge. Reservations can be made through the tenant portal or via the resident app.
• A maximum of 6 people is allowed per cabana.

Food & Beverages:

• Food is permitted only within the cabanas.
• Beverages must be in closed/sealed containers. Glass containers are strictly prohibited.

Entry Requirements:

• Resident IDs are required for entry to the pool area.

Children:

• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No lifeguards are on duty - swim at your own risk. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the clubhouse pool.

Pools:

• Club Pool: Restricted to residents aged 18 and above.
• Family Pool (located on Travis Road): Family-friendly and open to all ages.
