Finding your dream apartment means taking the time to ask the right questions. We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked renting questions to help you in your search.
I submitted my application. Now what?
We'll take it from here. Applications take anywhere from 24-48 hours to complete. We'll contact you once we've received your screened application. If your application is approved, you will have to pay a $300.00 holding fee to secure the apartment you applied for. This $300.00 is then applied toward your move-in costs.
What are the qualifications to apply?
- Everyone 18+ who will be living in the apartment must apply
- No evictions (you can have one (1) eviction on record, but must be able to provide proof it's been settled)
- No felony convictions
- No debts in collections to previous landlords/apartment complexes
- No debts in collections to utility providers
- Must have a minimum credit score requirement of 500
